The Index arm back fabrication looks as below:-
You will need two of item 17 (see Release Pillar), One of item 37 (Index Arm Back) and two of item 38 (Index Arm Back Spacer) as below:-
The assembly is as below:-
Obviously, you don't really need to make item 38 the thickness it is – that was just convenient for the stock material I was already buying. If you wish to make it some other way, then please do.
